Thanks for the feedback.  With regards to the Visa surcharge, it did state on the online form you completed that a credit card fee would apply.  We don't like surcharges either, but unfortunately our payment provider charges them and we have no control over it.  Regarding the phone calls, we sometimes need to do this to ensure your business activities are properly covered.  This is done for your own protection to help avoid issues at claim time.  Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback and we hope your experience from here on in is nothing but positive.
