Hi There, Thank you very much for taking the time to review your recent order with us here at TonerGiant, and I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't as great as we expect you to find it. I have looked over the details of the order, and can see that images provided re the faulty item show this to be a genuine branded product, but the order was for a compatible own brand product. As explained when I called you, the branded and unbranded toners are housed at different locations to ensure a mis-pick featuring the same branded and unbranded product cannot occur. Therefore the reason we have not been able to accept responsibility for the leaking toner is due to this not being the cartridge we sent on this order. I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
