Having looked into your order in more detail I can see that the item you ordered had temporarily went out of stock. Normally we notify our customers when a product is out of stock however we were not notified of any stock issues on this occasion. I was sorry to hear that you also received a leaking cartridge, which we have since replaced. I’m glad to hear that the replacement is working as it should be. It appears from the sound of things, that the courier did not leave you a calling card to alert you that they had been.
