Hi, our apologies on delayed delivery, there was mix up on our side with couriers and collection which resulted in delay that should not have been, we are reviewing with our partners now to strive to prevent this from happening again. My colleague Michelle has been in contact directly and believe delivery has now been completed to the re-routed address, we will reach out again further with gesture from our side for the inconvenience. We hope to have your business again and provide our expected service level, thank you.
