Hi Trevor, I know my colleague Michelle has been liaising with you directly and delivery has now been completed and any damages being replaced with good stock. Our coal deliveries do take longer than standard products but apologies this was over our 10 day threshold and have fed back information to our couriers to improve and bring our delivery times down, all processes are constantly reviewed to try improve where we can. thank you.

It took ages to arrive

I’m never entirely sure my product is going to arrive. Their website was showing product as unavailable but customer service said it was in stock. It took over a week to arrive. I always have to...

Hi, thank you for the feedback, we will follow up with An Post as to delays with delivery as it left our warehouse within 2 days of ordering, we do have a delivery instructions option during checkout that can include any notes, this is located at the delivery address stage. Very poor. Ordered fifteen bags of Supertherm on 24/10. Paid for them over the phone and in spite of enquiries I cannot get a definite delivery date. It's now 8/11
