Further to your feedback on the mobile app, thank you for detailing out some of the issue you found in an email. Our operation and IT team are working on this to improve this and I believe improvements should hopefully be seen shortly, as they do take a bit of time to implement. In regard to the market updates, we do have a large subscription to our updates and I know James and Nick the two key authors do have a wide range of information available to them from our multiple economic subscriptions and spend a lot of time researching it. They do try hard to get the balance of having the right information in our notes but also not over complicate it, to ensure maximum interest. Thank you for sharing other updates you receive, by comparing it will hopefully help us improving going forward.Finally the hamper, I am sorry to hear the hamper wasn’t very good but hopefully the replacement one we have just sent you is much better. We really appreciate all the referrals we get and it is the ultimate compliment that we are doing the right thing for your customers.
