Thanks Anna, I did as you suggested and emailed last week. I did follow up today. I am now waiting for a reply. I hope the team can get to it soon.
I suspect it was not the best idea to have a discount code marketing exercise shortly before a systems upgrade. Perhaps marketing by should work with IT to avoid this in future.
This promotion has backfired on marketing in several ways with the code not working and now the system not sending policy documents

I’m 84 and don’t have a computer and printer, so they sent me all the details by post at a cost to them of $2.60. And on top of that gave me advice as to how to manage it without...
