The parcel took longer than expected to be shipped. When received, one of the items had a broken box and half of the contents had spilled out into the packaging

I ordered on line.
I had to wait a ridiculous 3 weeks for my books to arrive so I will not be buying from the Works again !!!

Good service at Reading store
The staff at The Works, Reading are always helpful. I collect my orders from that store and there is always plenty more craft stuff and stationary to stock up on when you visit the store.
