After a 15 + business day delivery window, delivery was at least 18 days and arrived incorrectly. Ordered 20th Nov, fully understanding it could be up to 15 days but the parcel arrive later again,...

Great online experience
Excellent service but they should use a courier other than Evri, who lost the parcel from The Works and several other suppliers.
I received a full refund immediately.

Disappointed customer
It's my first and last order online from Works. Wrong items send sent. I was refunded 2 weeks later and my books haven't been sent. It was a birthday present for my daughter.
