... arrived damaged...

I had previously bought from The Skirting Board Shop and was very impressed. However, this time, one length arrived damaged which was very disappointing.

Do not use

This company is awful - do not use. I ordered fully finished skirting which was delivered completely damaged and unusable.

Tufnells make a lot of our deliveries and this will be brought to their attention with immediate effect. With regards to the second lot of goods delivered damaged we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Never received delivery confirmation email, When I tried to ring (dozen times!) to see if my order would arrive nobody answered! ... Very poor service! Wish i had used a local supplier to avoid the...
