Customer service is excellent, from the ease of use via the website to regular delivery updates! We phoned and spoke to a member if the team who was exceptionally helpful.
Tent box and accessories are amazing quality but the accessories I ordered took many months to arrive. I have had many adventures with my tent box and it is so worth the money!

Product arrived slightly late but this was a courier issue. Customer support were very helpful and sorted this out promptly. Very happy with my experience and would definitely use again.
