The staff at Stephensons are always courteous and helpful, I am always pleased with the way I am delt with and I will use them for all my company's catering requirements.
Delivery arrived very promptly (within a couple of days). Broken item was replaced without fuss and equally quickly. I would thoroughly recommend your company and would order from you again.
I paid for the goods but nothing has turned up so far in over two weeks and no advice as to what is happening either!

I can only apologise for sending out the Feefo feedback form too early. This is a new feedback system we are looking to integrate with our website to ensure we can deliver the best customer service to our customers. I have spoken with our customer service team who inform me that you will now be in receipt of your products. We hope you will continue to use Stephensons.com in the future. Once again, thank you for taking the time to complete the feedback form.
