Thank you for taking the time to complete the customer feedback form. We are currently trialling the use of the feedback system in order to improve our service and to better understand our customer requirements. Unfortunately, the feedback was sent out before we could process your order.
I have checked with the customer service team who now inform me you should be in receipt of your order. We hope you will continue to use Stephensons.com in the future. Good luck for the function on Saturday.
