Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I have checked with the office and a refund in full has been issued. With regard to filling in a form, we are only a small business and don't have as much automation to our return process as we would like so little help in what the fault with a problem is by filling in a few details on a form is part of our returns procedure doesn't feel that big a burden to bear.
I would definitely recommend this website. Super fast delivery-ordered on thursday evening amd received on saturday.
