Although we are a growing business, we still pride ourselves in giving excellent customer service and we are disappointed you didn’t receive this. We are investigating our communication processes and we will make improvements to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We have recently had some changes to our internal structure which will improve the communication between departments and our customers.
