We always provide quotes based on the information supplied to us at the time of booking, and we work closely with customers to ensure those details are as accurate as possible. During this collection we communicated that the volume of waste on site was greater than shown in the photos and initial description, and we discussed the impact this would have on the final cost before proceeding. We always aim to be transparent, flexible, and supportive when circumstances change during a job, and we are sorry to hear that you felt let down on this occasion.
