Very friendly staff across the whole complex. Finding the cleaner for the keys some days was a little less fun, but the site isn't too big.

And if a true Gambian Experience is what you are looking for then Bakotu is the perfect choice! Set in natural surroundings with the local wildlife on your doorstep, it's a peaceful and relaxing stay with authentic Gambian qualities.
The airport greeting was good, transfer arrangements were good, any communication with the office were efficient and helpful,

The service was fine but not always consistent. At times the service was slow with no one providing an updates . I booked a wake call which did not happened I received no apology or explanation.
