Second time we have travelled with them and really they are the best
Flights vey good no complaints there. Local customer service rep Karamo Tamba was very rude and arrogant. Holiday club also mis represent services and give all sorts of rules at check in counter....

Well this is fantastic to hear! We understand it is always unnerving when required to change your hotel to one not of your first choice, so I am delighted you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Beach and would look to return.
Certain front of house staff could be more customer focused.
Could possibly gain a 5 star rating with improved management.
