I've received a request for feedback prior to actually receiving the product I ordered. Delivery was stated as 2-5 days and it has now been 9. Hence, so far, my experience is poor.

Hi, thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear that you received the request for feedback before receiving the order. During our email communication we discovered that your postcode had been entered incorrectly at checkout. This has led to the delay as Royal Mail have been unable to locate the address/postcode combination. The item has been returned to us and as soon as we receive this back we will post it out again with the correct postcode. Sorry for the inconvenience. Do not pay extra for next day delivery!!!!

Paid £5.95 for next day delivery (one working day) Placed order on Sat 8.50am, order received Tuesday 18.30 hours. Not impressed as website did suggest quicker delivery expectations. Had I been aware...

Hi, thank you for your comments and I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service you received. All of our product pages do state that our Next Working Day service is available between Monday to Thursday if the order is placed before 2pm. It also states that a Next Working Day order placed before 2pm on Friday won't be delivered until Monday as we do not work over the weekend. Sorry for the confusion. Hi, thank you for your comments. We have looked into this issue and you are correct. The socks are advertised as unisex on the front of the packaging but on the back they state they are mens. They are also advertised as anklets but they are in fact quarter socks. We are in contact with our Supplier regarding both of these issues so thank you for flagging this to us. Hi, just an update on this. Our Supplier confirmed that these socks are unisex just incase some women prefer the darker colourways. The packaging stating that the socks are Mens is a packaging error. Thanks, Kirsty
