Don’t order online from run4it

Ordered online, payment taken twice and trainers were not ordered. After a phone call trainers ordered and refund for 1 of the payments refunded. Trainers sent next day delivery as way of an apology,...

Hi, thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear the payment was taken twice and the order was not created. During the time you placed your order there was a technical issue with Amazon Pay which caused the error on your order. I'm really sorry about this.

Hi, thank you for your review. The items we sell on our Website are located at our Central Warehouse and in our 8 stores so depending on the location of the items you purchase your order may be sent in multiple parcels. I'm sorry to hear the shoes took a long time for delivery. I can see that they were dropped off at the Post Office 2 days after your order was placed. For some reason the Post Office held the parcel for 2 working days before they attempted delivery. I'm sorry for the delay here. Thanks, Kirsty - Online Customer Service Manager
