Poor service

I ordered trainers to be delivered into store. Dispatch email did not indicate that they had arrived in store, only that they were dispatched from warehouse. No follow-up email or phone call to say...

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The dispatch email you received states that if you opted to collect your order from one of our stores your order is now ready for collection. This is in the second paragraph but I am aware that this can be confusing so apologies for this.
