The only slightly negative comment would be about the message card, which I didn't think was particularly pretty. the message wasn't nicely displayed.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on your order. Having tested a number of different options over the years, our experience so far has been that this latest style affords a significantly higher degree of flexibility and visual impact whilst making it virtually impossible for your personalised greeting to become separated in transit - a key consideration when the gift-message would also serve to identify the sender of the gift, as is the case in most instances.
However, I'm pleased to report that your feedback has prompted us to review our gift-card with a view to potential further customisation, and in the meantime we're always happy to supply a complimentary blank card in a more conventional style for those occasions where you would be presenting the hamper to the recipient yourself - just let us know by telephone or e-mail once your order is complete.

Thanks for getting in touch. Although the product page would detail all contents with an accompanying high-resolution 'zoom' image for customer reference, we realise that certain items - e.g. pâté - may not be clearly perishable or non-perishable in nature, and are actively exploring possible ways in which to better communicate this information through our website (as we already do on the parcel itself), so your feedback is appreciated.
With that said, the internal packaging is designed specifically to allow for ease of refrigeration on receipt - so hopefully we were able to minimise any further inconvenience in this regard - and it may also be worth noting that the 'FS' code (below the hamper name) always stands for 'fresh' in relation to any product on the site.
