Our experience is that the integrated style of gift-card makes it virtually impossible for your personalised greeting to become mislaid in transit - a key consideration when the gift-message would also serve to identify the sender of the gift, as in most instances. However, we're sorry to learn that your hamper was not received in a satisfactory condition, and share your disappointment at this regrettable mishandling by our normally conscientious delivery partners. So that the recipient will be able to enjoy their gift as intended, we've therefore arranged a further parcel containing a number of additional and replacement items, as well as a note of apology for the damage and any inconvenience this may have caused you.
