9am ferry, 22/11/13 from East Cowes, awful experience. Nowhere near enough seats, managed to find two stools right opposite toilets, it was cold and draughty, just a thoroughly miserable experience....

Looking forward to seating improvements as this is what lets Red Funnel down and hope we won't have to wait too long. Compared to Wightlink Red Funnel ferries are more consistently on time and on the whole staff are friendlier.
Really easy to find, liked the 30 min arrive time, easy to board, clean and warm on board, coffee and snacks from Steam reasonable price and very nice.
