Thank you for the great review. You will be pleased to hear that we have no plans to change the timetable and if it were not for the fact that each ship has to be drydocked and refitted between November and March we would operate more sailings during winter.

We found the steps a bit much on the first trip, so we were put next to the lift on the second.

Price of refreshments very high, otherwise a good service.
We are regular vistors to the island and are signed up to the site but we never seem to get any discount vouchers that my wifes sister gets who lives on the island.
We are very happy with the service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only comment is that there are no road sign to direct you to the ferry terminal when travelling through Southampton.
