Everything ran smoothly and on time in spite of the bad weather.

Unable to find any place tp sit down. People sitting on stairs and on the floor

As always friendly helpful staff and ferries that run on time.

Liking the improved seating. And loving the 50% off at the cafe on board

Very busy crossing on 9 am from Southampton but usual efficient service. Particularly liked the text alert regarding the early departure of the 1630 service.

A very enjoyable crossing both ways staff very friendly no complaints stall. Thank you
