Very efficient, with little fuss

Good trip well explained by crew and pleased that pets are now treat better by being indoors and not left outside to get cold.

Everything went perfectly, staff always helpful. I have tried to find a complaint and can not. Superb.

Excellent service getting on and off the ferry, in particular in preventing those who try to jump the queue from doing so. The Ferry is lovely and clean and economically priced.
