Thank you for your feedback and apologies that we have failed to meet your expectations on this occasion.
From comments we have received from our customers the onboard service team have reviewed our policy on where pets may travel on our vessels and we will be releasing this shortly however to clarify the procedure from now will be the following -
Pets will be allowed to travel within the accommodation but restricted to certain areas:
-Top Deck lounge on Red Eagle
-Port side Cowes end on both Osprey & Falcon (pending refits)
I hope with this we will see you travel with us again in the future.
