Staff were excellent. There was no gas on the island during our visit, hence no hot water available but that didn't stop us having a great time.

Perfect Guernsey experience from start to finish.
The paperwork for our trip arrived well in advance and was accurate. No issues with flights. Would definitely use Channel Islands Direct again and recommend to friends and family.
