Patrick, Thanks for being honest about your recent shopping experience. It is rare that we hear complaints about our packaging, but occasionally shipping damages do occur. Most of the time these problems are out of our control since shipping carriers never have a 100% success rate with package delivery.  However, your feedback has been passed on to our warehouse department and hopefully future orders will be delivered without issue.
