Prompt and efficient service - I would recommend Petplan

Great efficient service

Found it all a bit laborious as i am slightly deaf and was continully asking the chap to repeat.He was very curtious but i would have preffered filling a form in online

Have not used the service yet as have only just taken out the policy for my two new kittens so not really in a position to comment in detail.

Some things a little confusing

I am adverse to using non geographic prefix 0845 phone numbers to make contact since charging rates can vary.
