Tried to insure one pet on the Internet, thought it was covered, but when I phoned to insure my second dog a week later, the Internet cover had not activated, so had to go thru process again. Phone...
Very satisfied when extending the cover on 29 April 2013 and the efficient way in which Chris (ext 107239) dealt with it all.

I found the fact that you couldn't see anything in writing before purchasing a plan very irritating. It is not easy to understand all the options when they are communicated to you over the phone....
