We have only just taken out insurance and was most pleased with the way our claims were handled. We would definaetly recommend Petplan to our friends.

Called to notify of death of a pet and also to arrange new cover for recently adopted cat. The Advisors were friendly, very helpful and sympathetic at the loss of our old boy. I have had cats insured...

as usual pet plan were great, my claim was processed in super fast time also i received a text advising me that they had received my claim, my payment check was received possibly a week later.
