Good polite service, but took a long time to details completed.

So far the service recieved has been good.

Customer service person was very helpful and rang me back when she said she would. Really pleased with overall service.

Excellent deal with 3 free months, 2 months in addition to the first month free through the Breeder.

The staff are very friendly and helpful already had a dog insured with them and that is why I have insured my 2nd dog with them. Would recommend them to other people

I was glad to discover that I could have a lower annual fee - though the initiative was mine.
