Excellent customer service when setting up policy although fortunately haven't had to claim so far

Very quick payment and no hassle

Extremely helpful when insuring my puppy and answered all my queries fully, even had a vet speak to me concerning my worries over a health problem with my puppy would recommend pet plan to friends.

Easy to set up. Luckily I haven't had to use you yet. Fingers crossed I won't need to. Many thanks.

Claim processed quickly but excess does seem rather high.

Good service but premiums rise by too high a percentage each year.
