Excellant service,compasionate and very helpful

I did it all through the Internet all good no problems gave me choices to the cover and was very reasonable

Very good service and easy to do on computer but not on mobile as when it came to animals name it just wanted to put my name in with auto fill and I couldn't override it.

I believe its a good service for the cost, I also believe it should be mandatory for all pet owners to have some form of insurance and have their pets chipped

I am impressed with pet plan, you cost a little more than others, however this is worth it for peace of mind, I cannot fault the service given. Thank You.

I have not had to make a claim so I have not had to call on your services but the paper work I have is very informative

Helpful, quick and easy, instant cover, great.

It is an excellent plan and although not cheap it will provide excellent cover for our dog Gary.

Of course, I have not tried to make a claim - but my experience has been good so far. They have put a pre existing condition clause in the policy but said if he does not have a reoccurence of tummy...
