I had to call and ask for a policy document twice, despite my complaint they would not send me it by recorded delivery, I waited ages for it. absolutely terrible service.
Staff very friendly and helpful, no problems with claims being settled again very quickly. Insured my cat with a different company and regretted, long time to settle claims and just very unhelpful....

Quick, responsive and made insuring my two kittens very easy!
Was asked when I wanted the insurance to start from but was not told that nothing would be covered if it started in the first fortnight of cover! Only found out when reading the small print later.
I have only just taken out pet insurance, so unable to comment on service. So the good is on how quickly and the clarity of the breakdown on costs on the insurance sheet.
I had free policy for 4 weeks , decided to take out full plan. Shortly after I signed up we decided that we were getting rid of our pet I emailed pet plan 3/4 times with automated replies saying...
