I have always used Petplan to insure my animals , currantly have 5 , two dogs and three cats . I find the company fair , polite and prompt . Also I might add sympathetic when one loses a pet .

Petplan representative was friendly and helpful.

Settled claim promptly without any issues.

I have only dealt with pet plan recently but from the dealing I have had have been of good service

Easy to arrange and good to have an initial free period from our breeder as well as when we continued cover ourselves. Cannot speak about the claims service.

I had to call them twice to ask where my documents were, they eventually arrived after three weeks then a second set arrived a week later. Not the best start.

My adopting a cat from a rescue centre where insurance was in place meant that the transfer of the policy was easy and the understanding of a pre-existing condition was handled competently.
