my only quibble with all pet insurance --- why no no claims discount i insured one dog for 14 years and never made a single claim on her yet no discount was ever offered!

Good value compared to other companies. Would like conditions/exceptions that may affect a claim to be better laid out and easier for someone to make an informed decision rather than find out later.
