Claims are dealt with promptly

Spoke to Maoj who was extremely helpful regarding a recent visit to our vets, he certainly new his job, and patiently explained to me everything I asked him.

as i have only recently joined Petplan, it would be difficult for me to assess any rating at the moment. Maybe this time next year, might be good time to judge.

Very pleasant and patient gentleman who was happy to explain any small queries i had with chosing policies. Hassle free experience over the telephone.

Not had to claim as yet yet. Pack etc provided very professional, price and cover very competitive.
