I had 2 questions following obtaining a quote online. The Petplan representative answered these questions fully and clearly. I had to wait a while for my call to answered. My only criticism.
Every time we have had to use Petplan the process has been straightforward and easy to follow and understand. They have completed our claims without any problems. If we had any concerns or questions...
So far not great. I still have not received the documentation. Also it's too early to give any sort of judgement on service - when I have made a claim would be a much better time.
