Really easy to fill in details online and collection was straight forward.

sending document vs parcel should be more clear on the DPD website... I accidentally chose the incorrect option and then had to complete customs information for a document...

wasted 4 months trying to deliver my bike then want to compensate me 80 for a 1400 bike that never arrived. Jokers.
