Never pick up parcel and couldn't even explain why.

The prices were great. There was an issue with the shipping label, and Anshul from the ParcelHero Support was quite helpful and followed up after the issue was resolved as well to confirm the closure...

Excellent service delivery to my local drop-off point to deliver at the address on the parcel.

All went to plan, and large fragile item arrived safely and punctually in Sydney!

I am booked in for a pick up from fedex tomorrow and still no shipping labels.
