We work hard to dispatch orders quickly, but since we partner with a delivery company, most of the delivery process is handled by them, following their own internal procedures. Regarding your landline connection, I would like to mention that all Panasonic landline phone will work on the old analog/copper line and also with the new Digital fiber, thus you should be able to use it even before the provider switches you over to digital. Indeed, Panasonic has adopted and eco-friendly policy and in order to reduce our carbon footprint, we no longer print out full instruction manuals, however we make all of them available online for all products and available languages. I would like to make it clear that this applies to all products when they come out of the factory, meaning that regardless who is selling the products, they will not have full instructions manuals in the box, thus you might have been misinformed by our agent, for which we apologize and will take measures in order to avoid in future interactions. We completely understand your frustration and in order to assist you, I have attached a link from which you cand download the instruction manual of your phone system, so that you could easily access it, browse through it and, if need be, download it to your device so that you could eventually print it out in case you find it more convenient to have a paper version. Also, in this electronical version, the manual can be enlarged as much as needed, without the need to print it out.
