Panasonic does not resell used products directly on their website, as it has a separate Ebay outlet for such item, and this is what has caused the confusion on our end.
As I can see in our system, the matter has been investigated and resolved and we have arranged for the items to be picked up at our expense, and as soon as the parcel is received, the refund process will be initiated.
In case it has already arrived at our warehouse, by the time you read this message, then it means that the refund should already be in progress.
