Panasonic has adopted and eco-friendly policy and in order to reduce our carbon footprint, we no longer print out full instruction manuals, however we make all of them available online for all products and available languages.
Moreover, as today's products have more and more features, the number of pages of the manuals increase accordingly.
We completely understand your frustration and in order to assist you, I have attached a link to your microwave oven's instruction manual below, so that you could easily access it, browse through it and, if need be, download it to your device so that you could eventually print it out in case you find it more convenient to have a paper version.

We strive to be prompt in dispatching the orders, however, once the parcel is handed over to the delivery company, the greatest part of the delivery process falls into their control.
Indeed, you should have been notified and provided a timeframe when the delivery person would arrive with the parcel, as it is part of their procedure, but unfortunately, they failed to do so on this occasion.
Nevertheless, we can only apologize for the frustration this has caused and for the time lost waiting for the courier.
We do raise these cases internally with DHL in order to work towards avoiding such situations in the future.
