I completely understand your frustration; nobody wants to pay more for delivery than the actual items in their basket, especially when the main reason for your order was out of stock. We do try to keep our online stock levels as real-time as possible, but occasionally a high-demand item like the Asevi Colania range sells out before the website updates. That’s entirely on us, and we are actively working on improving our stock system to stop this from happening.
