Service has been terrible. Order seemed to go through OK and I was advised I would receive a MyHermes tracking number. I had received neither tracking number or my order after 5 days, so emailed...

Items came quickly but I feel the delivery charge is off putting. Delivery had used to be cheaper and they put it up due to this I probably won’t buy again.

Items arrived very quick,however 1 item was missing and another item which i expected to be in a box was just thrown into a gift bag.
