The person I spoke to was polite and patient. He did not mind repeating for me some of the more complex questions. He also didn't mind answering additional questions I asked him.

Very happy with service

Very helpful the customers services guy new his stuff and answered all my questions when asked. Yes I would recommend them to others.

We read and understood the policy and only needed one call back to confirm

Too many phone calls. When we asked for a specific time it was very annoying to get calls we’ll outside of these times

Today 4 phone calls and in the end my husband asked for a supervisor but that hasn’t happened. We set up a joint automatic payment that we were advised then told no this not what was wanted and what was the bank account number. Computer not on as we are rural and often loose connection so can’t read out the number again. Last time on hold my husband completed a game of chess before somebody got back to him so he is now pretty angry. Another call booked for 5pm so hope it is a supervisor or we cancel everything
