Hi, thank you, I am so glad you had a great trek, good to know you think we are a 'great company'. The AV1 in the Dolomites is a fabulous trek, you stay mainly in refuges with hotels in Cortina, Belluno and also this year for your trip, San Cassino and Agordo. Staying in these hotels is a complete bonus on a refuges trek. I assume Robert your guide mentioned the pool at the Hotel Villa Imperia, it's an exterior pool and can be a little cold, I am sure the comfort of the cosy hotel made up for this. Have additional nights in hotels makes the bag transfer easier, glad you had your swim suit with you so you could make use of the spa and pool if not a little cold! Hi, many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us, I will pass on your comments to Odei, he certainly is a great guide. I am sorry that you think you didn't received adequate communication. The Alta Via 1 is very different from the Tour du Mont Blanc, this is a refuges trek unlike the TMB where you stay mainly in hotels. On the AV1 we do our best to book private rooms on as many nights as possible, you were allocated a private rooms on 7 out of 9 nights at no additional cost. I believe there was one night you weren't happy with, we had one change of accommodation at late notice. We thought that the change was for the better, originally you were in a shared tent at the Camping Sass Daclia, we were then able to secure refuge dormitory spaces at the Rifugio Scotoni. We felt this was a much better, more comfortable option for the group, however; apologies that we did not let you know, we just though you would be pleased to not have to spend the night in a tent. I appreciate it would have been better to have informed you about this late change. Thanks once again for the feedback and for trekking with MBT. Kind regards from Chamonix,
