Paul was nice, ganache was tasty. Class was fun, but would have liked to learn more skills. Maybe suitable for people with no experience in making chocolates or desserts.
We had a fabulous time doing this workshop. We learned so much about chocolate and the process and got to use different ingredients to make our own chocolate bars. I would recommend as a date night...
